Uh, no. Obviously to all the Evanescence dum dums, it's about her sister dying when she was little and how she coped.

It's about a best friend dying when amy was a child and she feels alone. She has to go through each day with only her mind to keep her company. She feels numb inside and cannot tell anyone else about her feelings. She also talks about pretending nothing happened but then she realized that she can't hide from the truth.
