I've always thought it was about scientists that study bodies but ad the dead enjoy their last moments alive "as the final chapter fades away" as they party they see a human scientist they act like they are still alive
the second interpretation on this list is definately thbe correct one. the timebomb is a drink containing tequila and cranberry juice that is a favorite among the mexican nation. they drop a shot of this into a cerveza and it pressurizes it. apparently a7z enjoyed themselves at the day of the dead celebration and recorded a song about it. however it could have some overtones about how people feel about themselves in sobriety, as opposed to how they feel about themselves in non-sobriety.

i think its about how many people, especially people with power perhaps, live decadent life styles yet prefer to not face the reality that things aren't as perfect as they may believe and because they do not face it they're basically ignorantly rotting away

I believe it has some reference to the mexican holiday "la dia de los muertos" or "the day of the dead"

I believe "Dancing Dead" means that some people are like the dead. You may be dressed up in nice and fancy clothes but underneath the clothes your rotting away. So its like saying you may be pretty on the outside but on the inside your just a hideous creature no one wants to look at. "Bones covered up by suits, as the visible scars, they multiply."
(sorry bout the typos on the first comment)
